Camille Cardinale, born and raised in West Hollywood, CA began dancing at 5 years of age. She forayed into lyrical, modern, and jazz in her pre-teens and, with her dance studio, got many 1st and 2nd place awards in dance competitions such as Broadway Bound and Showstopper. She received her Associate in Arts degree in Dance in Santa Monica, CA taking such diverse classes such as salsa and African, and even joined a Mexican Folklorico dance troupe! Her first professional gig was becoming a dancer for Groove Radio 103.1 FM, a hugely popular Los Angeles radio station. Camille was also blessed to be accepted into the summer intensive program at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre in New York. Once she returned to Los Angeles, she began teaching dance and performing almost monthly in Carnival, a Choreographer's Ball in Hollywood, CA. With the Carnival crew, she performed on Good Day LA on Fox Channel 11 and was a main dancer on the long running Soul Train on KTLA Channel 5. She dances with Le Masquerade, performing throughout the U.S., and had the honor of performing for 20,000 people in Europe and Asia. For the past 3 years Camille has been in several burlesque companies, with Bob Fosse styles being her favorite. She performs monthly in Vamp the Lounge, a burlesque revue, aboard the historic Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA and is a principal dancer in Blue13, a modern/Bollywood collective. During the day she can be seen as one the dancers in a tribute show at Universal Studios Hollywood. In her spare time Camille enjoys coloratura opera singing!
